At Toro, we identify the right land opportunities based on an area’s growth potential, local infrastructure, and future developments. We assess everything, from rental demand, council planning and land registration timelines. Our goal is simple: to set your investment up for long term financial success.

We Design Your Home

Following the Land/Estate assessment, we then individually assess each block and select suitable designs for your home.

Construction Starts

Once  the block and design are finalised, we commence building. Toro manages the entire process for you, so you can sit back and relax knowing your home is being built to the best standard.

Full turn key handover

The final step is the best part — we hand you the keys. All that’s left is for you to open the door and step into your brand new home. It’s that simple.
